Hello I’m the founder of Jambi Yoga, born and bred in East Peckham Village, Kent. I took a few years out to live in Australia and Africa but returned home with Poppy the retriever to live close to my parents. It’s here I met James my husband and where we call home with our daughters Rose and Joy.

My Mum who attends class each week introduced me to Yoga and I’ve never looked back.

In 2018 I studied in England for 2 years to gain my teaching qualification giving me the ticket to legally teach. Within the two years I throughly investigated the anatomy of body, mind & energy. I hold the YAP 330hr certificate as well as YAP 85hr pregnancy yoga certification.

Yoga encourages you to find comfort in between movement and stillness and although it may be uncomfortable at times, we hold the intuitive knowledge that we will always return to comfort. A place that will begin to feel more like home each time we visit.

I can help you clear your headspace so that comfort becomes a way of your being.

Whilst I take maternity leave, the lovely ladies below will help you with the continuity in your practise.
