My sessions really are for everyone, with the focus on letting things go, releasing stress, enticing sleep and sculpting the bod!

We meditate, breathe, lengthen, strengthen and MANIFEST the good stuff. Learning to navigate the ‘not so good stuff’ using breath and body connection.

I invite you to join me and other likeminded people to find headspace, unwind and reconnect with YOU.

Everyone is covered, from absolute first timers to the super duper bendy folk!

After booking on you will receive an instant booking confirmation email and then a reminder email 24 hours before the session. This will include all the information you need to arrive and practise peacefully.

You will need to bring your own mat, but don’t worry if it’s your first time and you don’t have one or you forget it at home, I always carry spares.

You can reschedule your booking via the link in the email or the APP. Please e-mail me for cancellations but please remember any cancellations made within the 2 hour window of the class starting will not be refunded.

Packages or event tickets are non refundable or transferrable.
