Yin Yoga & Reiki Cocktail Hour!

With such ease this event is returning for the third year running and I know it’s one that you have been waiting for! For those of you that missed last years cocktail hour..please read on in anticipation!

The perfect cocktail we think, to retire yourself within an extended session of Yin Yoga with me, Alex combining Reiki energetic therapy with Kirsty.

Travelling through a series of Yin postures finely tuned with each Chakra you can expect to enjoy 1.5 hours of floor based Yin Yoga. Believed to unthread stress harboured within the body, Yin Yoga asks you to hold a sensation of ‘deep stretches’ whilst Kirsty works generously with each of your Chakras. Working together Kirsty and I hope to restore some clarity and dissolve any stress harboured within both the physical and energetic body. Before we close our practise there will a moment where everyone receives a personal experience of Reiki through the Crown Chakra.

Once the practice is over there will be a light elderflower refreshment (sorry no alcohol - I know we teased you in the name of this event!) and the chance to regroup your thoughts before heading on with you day.
